Eau Claire, a rare two owner market.  Lifestyle?  Even more rare?

Someday, I think we'd like to live in a place where we can really make a difference.
 
Which of the groups, like people with talent, but especially folks who try to make life better for their listeners and clients and understand:  that attitude and where you live, makes for  a happier life?

Just to bring you up to speed, there IS NO "Freq. License."  There's hasn't been for months now.

Thanks for the reply, my orig. post is an attempt to get up to speed.  Radio owner dbases on-line are often out of date.
