Sounds like a lot of nonsense for a 2 share radio station.

Now, can we get back to something REALLY important like WGSO or WIST or reliving Bob Walker and the Captain's glory days of 40 years ago???

Happy New Year Everyone!

What You Mean 2 share radio station???

Maybe I wasn't clear enough. It's the number after 1 and before 3. Q's got a 12. Can anyone say "Scoreboard!"Huh

I Know You Can Be Talking About How Many Years That Sad A** Q Had . If Thats So . It Doesn't Matter How Many Years That Station Had It Still Sound Like Sh*t To The Hip Hop Lovers Because The Q Doesn't Know What Real Hip Hop Really Is Because You Don't Even Hear Arties Like- Ice Cube,Dr.Dre,Mystikal,Soulja Slim,Master.P And The List Goes On And On I Know How Long Q93 Been Doing Hip Hop That Sh*t Doesn't Count How Many Years. It Time For Somethang New Now Q Is A Has Been People In The New Orleans Area Been Looking And Asking For A New Hip Hop Station Like This For A Very Long Time Holla,Holla Oh Yeah Happy New Year My Friend

Weither you love or hate the music or the stations 102.9 will have the same signal washout problems it has had for years wnless you are about 3 to 4 miles from the transmitter. most of the city 100k stations will drown it on a lot of radios. KAJN in Crowley will blow it out in Kenner on most days.

Yeah I Feel You On That There. But When Old School Was Doing There Thang On 102.9 They rates Were Pretty High At That Time Right. I Really Think Power 102.9 Will Do Pretty Good In Rates Too If They Keep Playing Hip Hop Music The Way They Do Now. So Far They Been Taken Q93 Listener Because People Been Getting Fed Up Commercials breaks Every 5 Min's,They Play The Same Hit's Every 10 Or 10 Min's They Don't Beleave  In Adding Old School Hip Hop To They Play List's. Listen To DJ.Bomshell Boogie On Wednesdays On The Power Mix At 5  They Do A 20 Min Mix Every Day Bout Every Wedneesdays They Take It Back Way Back And Q 93 Play The Same New Hip Hop And R&B Hit's Over And Over And That Sh*t Burn Me Up And Lot's Of People Are feeling The same Way I Do Just Listen To Q And Listen To Power You Will Hear What I'm Talking About And I Do Hear The Signal Washout Problems In Some Parts Of The Kenner Area. So  Now I Do Know What You  Are Saying But The Hip Hop Station Will Do Good Orther Wise Because Half Of The Station On The FM Dail In City Have The Signal Washout Problems Feel Me Friend  Smiley

Yes N Dee It Has Big Time At One Time I Really Hated Listen To The Radio When Q 93 Took Over The Hip Hop Seen In The New Orleans Area In Til Knou Came And Took Over And Play Real Hip Hop And R&B Music. I Know Knou Hot 104.5 Had Signal Washout Problems Too But Those Boys Jame The Boxes Than They Had A Big A** Money Problem Than They Put Off The Air . Than LBJ Came Up With This Power Stations This Were The Bests Thang He Did For The Hip Hop Community Clear Channel Need To Give Up The Music Business All Together  Grin

DJ.URK:

Since I had to instruct you on the NUMBER TWO, here's another tip: on the bottom right hand corner there's a little button called a PERIOD..........(That's what one looks like). They go at the end of sentences (the English meaning, not when you and your friends or Vince Marinello go to jail). The English meaning of sentences is "to compose a complete thought". When you have a complete thought, you end it with a PERIOD.

This edition of Schoolhouse Rock is now over.
