He was just recently promoted from MD to APD. I wonder if the new job will entail either of those duties.

Also doesn't Tony Bristol program WPRO? Could they have worked together before at KC101?

Citadel's 99.7 in that building is reportedly going to flip this fall from sports to whatever. Maybe something is in the works there for him to program. Tony already programs PRO-FM, Hot 106, and Lite Rock 105. He can't very well take on a fourth station. Since the PRO-FM nite slot reportedly doesn't pay that well it would make sense to think he'll have other stripes. There'd be no other reason to give up what he has for the nite job only even if it gets him club gigs.

Seeing as the current MD/APD - Davey Morris (Afternoon Drive Jock) isn't going anywhere anytime soon, I doubt Kerry will get either of those stripes.

I agree, and remember Davey has been PD of Z100 when it was in Providence, so I have a feeling Davey will get 99.7, and Kerry Collins something or other on PRO-FM

Guys, that's a jump of almost 70 markets. Awesome career move whether or not it involves a title.  Congrats Kerry.

Congrats goes to my buddy Kerry Collins who is much deserving of this role at PRO FM in Providence.  He worked hard at his job and I had the pleasure of seeing this first hand as a jock on KC 101 for the past year.  PRO FM needs a great jock like Kerry Collins.  The nights over there have been awful.  Just pure awful jocks which now I have no doubt in my mind Kerry will succeed at PRO FM.  Good luck my man.
