Does anyone know of WTAS-LP out of Waukesha is still operating? I remember the low-power station operating on Channel 43 under the calls W43AV when I lived in the town of Brookfield. In the early 1990s, it was an affiliate of the now-defunct Channel America network. I know it flipped to home shopping some time later, but it seems to have fallen off the map in recent years.

I would think WTAS-LP is outside the protected contour of WMSN or it wouldn't be granted.

I know up to the 60dbu on radio is all that's protected for radio stations, but don't know what it is for TV........... the map for WMSN on the FCC site goes out to the 32dbu signal so its probably pretty weak by then.. and that 32dbu signal falls short of Milwaukee.
