I am hearing new ad's now.  No HD ads but ads saying "This ad is Reminding you that Radio is heard here, Radio is heard everywhere" I'm hearing a lot less HD commercials also, even from Clear channel stations.

I heard a new HD radio add  earlier today. Or was that yesterday? I believe this is the new adds that Tom Tailer was talking about.

The previous campaign, "we want everyone to have a new radio" vs "people who cut in line and hate puppies" could be one of the worst ad campaigns I have ever heard for anything. Good work.

"Radio Heard Here."   Brilliant.  Imagine a newspaper taking out a full page ad declaring, "Newspapers Read Here" as a way of stimulating greater circulation.

"I'm hypnotized!  Quick, where do I sign up for a ten-year subscription?"

Radio Heard Here. Can any slogan or tag line be more idiotic?

This is a campaign about radio in general, not about HD.  The radio bloggers are already dissecting it piece by piece, deservedly so.

People don't want facts in advertising.  They want shock value, splashy images, sex, glitz, glamour, and the unexpected.  Facts can be in there, but they aren't paramount.
