Apparently, 1550 in Lake Geneva has been sold by Starboard and is off the air. Any idea who bought it and what they are planning to do?

No sale contract has been filed yet and they aren't on the Silent list

WZRK was purchased by a former official of Relevant Radio, Mark Follett under the name Soverign City Communications.  In additon to 1550, the deal also included RR properties in Pittsburgh, and Fort Myers/Naples/Marco Island FL.  The intent was to let the WI property go dark as the real estate is worth more than the actual value of the radio station.  Sadly, I know the Operations Manager there who is now out of work.

So the station is not coming back? Well, maybe that helps 1540 in Hartford a little.
