The stench from this rotting corpse is an embarassment to every one who has ever labored there, at whatever level, under whatever format.  That foul odor reaches to Tampa and, of course, to San Antonio - at the highest level.  It's fashionable (and as much fun as you can have with your clothes on) to knock CC Atlanta but at what point do we need to have an intervention?

The problems there go back to the Jacor days, for whatever reason ATL has been one big snake bite for them.

You got that right.  The beginning of the end was Jacor and Randy Michaels.  He f***ed up things right from the start with Peach and WGST.  Those who were there witnessed the slow decline of two great stations.

CC should get out of the atl,it has not worked well for them. GST has never beaten  WSB in the ratings but back when it was Jcor it was atleast a competition, and if Bull gets some good management they could take Kicks on in the ratings.

I agree - it started with Jacor. As I said in the thread below CC is a poisened corporate culture run by people with "fat child" mentality. I'll bet Randy Michaels got his butt whipped weekly for being a rotund little smartass dweeb.....it's that personality that you hear in every station and format.

Isn't Atlanta one of CC's worst-performing markets? Why can't they just let go?
