How long before Mike O'Brian gets shown the door ?? The guy is as dull as dishwater on the air. And let's talk about his programming skills he has killed more stations than most folks have even worked at in their careers.

Here is the trail of Mike O'Brian Bloody Stations......RIP
Mix 95.7
Hot Country 99.3
Bob 99.3
U.S. 95.7
and soon to be at it's current rate New County 95.7

CC wake up this guy is as country as Elton John!!! Stop the needless waste of stations someone get Mike O'Brian an application at Wal Mart he would be the perfect greeter!

"Hi, I'm Mike O'Brian welcome to Wal Mart do you need a shopping cart?" and of course " Thank you for shopping Wal Mart ya'll come back now ya hear"  That way he can indoctrinate his country radio experience into his new career!

When Clear Channel bought Hot Country 99.3, they pretty much told the air staff they wouldn't be needed.  This happened in the middle of my afternoon show.  Instead of throwing me out and going jockless on the spot, they waited until 7pm and let me finish.  I have no idea why they did, but I've always appreciated that.  Mike's okay in my book.

You know, after over one hundred people have looked at this post, and only one person has come to Mike O'Brian's defense. I may be right about him? I tried to listen to him in mornings, and it was terrible. Someone needs to take him off and put test tones on the air instead, and have the test tones narrated by Steve Asaro. His deep voice and some stereo test tones will get the station at least a 2 share. Isn't that better than what they have now in mornings?
