Besides shoutcast, are there any other websites that show how many people are streaming a particular radio station at a giving time?

while not available on the main website, I've seen stations who use Live365 post current listener capacity on their own web sites. The caveat is since Live365 only allows a stream operator to poll those stats at 5 minute intervals it's very possible that the published listener numbers are already reflections of stale data,

LIVE365 has that limitation in place (I believe) because they have a concern about the servers being over loaded with requests for listener count.  However, it does unfortunately provide slightly less fresh data, so that is not desirable.

As for shoutcast servers, there are two applications that I know of that can pull the listener count from shoutcast servers.  One is a Yahoo! Widget which you can get here http://widgets.yahoo.com/widgets/shoutcast-monitor
The other is called Radio Toolbox and can be obtained here http://www.radiotoolbox.com/downloads/
The nice thing about Radio Toolbox is that it can show you charts of the usage and also shows the song that was playing at the time of the listener count change.

Audiorealm has a listing for all who use SAM or the SAM Statistics Relay. This includes not only Shoutcast streams, but WMA as well for those who stream in Windows Media Format. http://www.audiorealm.com
