Nothin' better than a right wing pothead...

How about a gun-totin' right-wing pot-head (Ted Nugent)?

Ted is avowed anti-drug!

He's just NATURALLY a dick.

And just what's so wrong about being a dick?

I realize San Jose is part of the San Francisco market but..... could there be a legal challenge to using "K-Fox" verses "K-Fog" already established in the same city and on frequencies that close with formats that close?

KUFX aka K-FOX started at 94.5 then moved to 104.9 then to its current spot at 98.5. I am surprised that CC didn't move the KUFX call and K-FOX moniker to 103.7 instead of calling it "The Band"?

I don't see how - despite the one letter difference in the spelling, the word "fox" does not sound like the word "fog." Now if they had called 98.5 "The Fog," that might have been cause for a legal challenge.

Rhetorical question: can the owners of K-Fox sue the owners of The Wolf because their brands are both from the canid biological family?

I believe KFOX was on air with their format (at whichever frequency) before K-FOG bought 97.7 as a repeater for  104.5 San Francisco.

I believe when KFOX was at 104.9, KFOG got some sort of legal action to stop them. They said people would be confused with 104.5 KFOG and 104.9 KFOX!

There was legal action. KFOG lost.
