Anybody else hearing the pirate on 99.3  (alternately on 95.3 and 94.9)?  He's playing oldies mixed with old PAMS jingles from WIBG, WFIL, and some other out of town stations.  It seems like he's coming from the northern or western suburbs of Philly.  He's fairly strong nearer to Philly, but I can pick him up spottily from Plymouth Meeting to near Lansdale.

His audio is pretty bad, though.  The audio artifacts almost sound like a very narrow bandwidth internet stream.
