I was driving up Hwy 20 this past weekend and picked up KNBQ 102.9 all the way to Winthrop and Twisp, along with Rock 101.1 out of Vancouver... they were both coming in crystal clear! All of the Seattle area stations started to fade out past Newhalem. Didn't try to pick up any Spokane stations, but these two were the only stations that stopped on my auto-scan.

That's because you are high in the mountains, and high elevation is good for crystal-clear 70+ mile reception. Near North Bend, CBU-FM1 was booming in when I was there in May.

AH HA!  Got KPQ about an hour ago here in Federal Way, a couple times when a couple planes flying into Sea-Tac were flying overhead.... (Being in the flight path of Sea-Tac...Easy for that to happen).  Had that "helicopter effect" (If anyone knows what i'm talking about), with KPQ coming over KSWW, but unfortunately KSWW dominated in the end.  I don't think "Sunny 102.1" plays "Layla" by Derrick & The Dominos, so I think it had to have been KPQ.

It will be a day to throw snowballs in HELL indeed when you hear "Layla" on KSWW....

I heard KSWW yesterday with an ad for Westport. Weak, fighting over KPQ, with that "helicopter effect". I also heard possibly KXXK (Kix 95.3), and some e-skip as well. Something on 101.9 as well, might have been KINK. Did you guys pick up any E-skip over the weekend. I did with KWYR 93.7 Winner, SD.
