Too much music, too many commercials. Thank goodness for the podcasts. It sucks, because when you download the podcast, the actual content in the 4 hours is only a little more than an hour.

It must be tough for JV to co-exist in a format that he is forced to do.

I totally agree. I think JV's morning show should have more content!!!!!

WASSUP YA ALL!!!! IT'S THE WORLD'S MOST LOVEABLE AUTISTIC HAMMERIN' HANK. I MADE CONSTANT APPEARANCES ON ONE OF THE BAY AREA'S HIGHEST RATED MORNING SHOWS, "THE WILD 94.9 DOGHOUSE" FROM AUGUST 1996 UNTIL APRIL 2005 WHEN THE SHOW WAS CANCELLED. I HOPE TO SECURE AN ON-AIR RADIO GIG SOMETIME SOON!

the show is ok. but the same 10 songs played at least 3 times in 4 hours is boring.

In the early days of Top 40 this was the norm.  People (kids mainly) wanted to hear the latest songs over and over again.  So, it looks like KYLD is simply keeping up a tradition.

Then there was "Hot Hits" 105/KITS in the 80s which played nothing but the Top 10 or 15 hits over and over; and the first KFRC-FM (106.1) which was a continuous Top 20 countdown, except in morning drive when they simulcast Dr. Don Rose from the Big 610.

The only morning show I listened to, but should be more JV and less music and Christy and the show will be much better. JV has alot more to offer than what they are using him right now.

Been a JV fan for years with the Doghouse. I will continue to support and listen to his new show. Is it the same? No...Too much music which sucks. Definitely needs more content...
