WNCT-FM morning man Jerry Wayne passed away this afternoon. Prayers and condolences to the family as well as the WNCT staff.

This is crushing news. He was one of the 'good one's'. To say that I am deeply saddened is just not enough. I'll cue up a few sad ones here on my WinAmp and wish he was still here....
