There's no DJ during overnight. Just music, with sometimes an ID saying "The New 100.7 The Wolf, with another hour of music...Next!".

How long does a station have to be on before they have to drop the "new" from their title?  Sorry, just a little a#@! retentiveness.  It's just annoying.  Sorry.

I asked that question a long time ago... they've been "new" for years now... very annoying.

Not it matters in this PPM world, but....just saying...

One of my hot buttons.  Major stations in major markets can't afford a real person?

Not these days - and with some of those "corporate owners" staring down Chapter 11 like a deer in the headlights, you'll likely soon see the end of live nights & middays at those "major stations" as well.

...while screaming to anyone who will listen "WE ARE ALL ABOUT LOCAL.  LOCAL IS CRITICALLY IMPORTANT TO US.  WE ARE A LOCAL MEDIUM."  That, in between talking to their staffs and reminding them "PEOPLE ARE OUR MOST IMPORTANT ASSET".

This is why I keep having that "poo" taste in my mouth.
