4 Towers In The Directional Array

« on: October 14, 2009, 04:37:28 AM »

Micheal Savage is a self-serving narcissistic prick who thinks everyone is out to get him. His show increasingly amounts to no more than discussing how "unfair" the world has been to him, and how his "health" has suffered. I'm surprised that the Masters family doesn't suggest that he drop discussions of his legal issues, and discuss more "lifestyle talk" issues, such as his botanical explorations, and adventures biking around San Francisco.

Would you have any suggestions to replace the ailing, elderly, peddler who spends his free time bicycling and boating around San Francisco and Marin County?  He is like a fish out of water in that part of the country.

I'd like to see quality talkers who suppress their emotions and remain somewhat objective when expressing their viewpoints, such as:

1. Dave Ross

2. Ronn Owens

3. Mike Rosen

Mr. Rosen is my favorite, he documents everything he says with an article or book. Rosen has an M.B.A. and is a fiscal Libertarian, social Liberal, so he agrees with the majority of Americans.

In essence who is your favorite local 9AM-NOON host (or, other time) who delivers compelling content with great guests, and who remains calm when expressing their displeasure with public officials?

I've had enough of the emotionality of the Savages, Levins, Hannitys, Becks, Malloys, and Ingrahams ...
Rush Limbaugh and Ed Schultz are at least is more "optimistic" and "cheery" in their ramblings.
Randi Rhodes is more "researched" in hers.

Ha! You fell for his act. It's his way to make a good buck. He gets PAID to do what you describe in your first paragraph. I think he is very good at it!

Attention to detail dept.;Michael is spelled AEL at the end.

Yes of course Dr. Savage is very good at being Neurotic. However, neuroticism after awhile gets repetitive boring, and when it is combined with ridiculous law suits and calls for donations for legal bills, then perhaps the host could do lifestyle talk. All the hosts I mentioned are neurotic and I suggest more objective hosts such as Dave Ross, Mike Rosen, and Ronn Owens ......

I don't listen to Savage and Levin but isn't there a huge difference between more personal shows like Savage, Levin the  straight political show like Limbagh and Hannity?
