You can still relay those stations for free. In fact, you can do a relay in Newark Lips sealed

It wouldn't be free, I'd have to buy a transmitter and antenna and lease a top floor apartment. And I'd be fined $10,000 between now and 2019.

Well, you probably wouldn't have to pay the fine, and I'm sure the ads that you'd get from the local businesses would cover the cost of the apartment, transmitter and antenna, as it apparently does for the scores of other pirates in Brooklyn, the Bronx, Newark and elsewhere  Grin
