Not sure of the answer to that question.  I've been on LIVE365, but I did LIVE mode with StationPlaylist with no problems at all.  Other than knowing Zara Radio is free, I can't tell you if it works with LIVE365 or not.  I'd recommend asking in LIVE365's forums to see if any one else has tried Zara Radio with LIVE365.  I'm sure someone has looked into this before.
