Yes, I totally agree too. And Bert's zillion share clearly indicates he has no idea what he's doing.

It is very hard to listen to all the cackling and the constant "ummmmmmmmmm" noise coming out of Bert's mouth, that was the FIRST thing I was taught in Journalism class -do NOT say "uhhh, ummm, ya know, and  like".  Reason being that it made the listener/person being interviewed think that you were grasping and not perpared.  Oh great,  they are playing that HORRID Firefly song by Owl City, even more reason not to listen during the day now.  Does anyone really care about Josh and strippers? I wouldn't know him from the bagger at the grocery store.

FRKOUT --- you're freaking out over nothing important. Give it a rest. Besides, you shouldn't have the time to listen to their show with your #1
rated morning show...right? And, even more brilliant...you won't listen to the station because they play one song YOU don't like. Finally,
things -- Journalism class -- never admit you took that. The grocery store bagger looking down at you will laugh at you. For someone who
doesn't like the show or station you certainly did your homework as a listener...hmm. Was it required listening for some class that's given you so much
"insight." Geez.

WOW Tibbs, really??? So sorry to offend you precious! I don't listen very often, but when l DO listen it is basically cackling and Bert saying ummmmmmmm this is an OBSERVATION and an OPINION. Clearly,  we don't agree. Yes, I took many Journalism classes and if you are so worked up about that then this just isn't the subject/board for you. As for the baggers looking down at me- Doubt it very much so. Hope your day gets better.  Huh

Yeah, Tibbs, I took Journalism too. All my classes were all about not saying, "uhhh, ummm, ya know, and  like." That's what Journalism is, don't you know that? I would direct you to Rodney Ho but he majored in economics.

When did The Bert Show become the last bastion of the Fourth estate? I think someone smarter than me mentioned that he's a deejay on a top-rated morning show. The show provided entertainment, that's all.

It should be, "The show provides entertainment, that's all."

The format is not really my cup of tea, but when I turn it on the Bert Show normally keeps my attention with the topics that they're discussing.  I believe the show does a great job of engaging the listener.

The fact is that if someone threatens to sue you have to provide a burden of truth that what is being said is not true so for his camp to send out a C&D and threaten suit they are well within their right to request suit before obeying a C&D.
