Understand listeners are upset towards Terre Haute they can't get K love anymore and don't like Air 1. A new K Love station there?

That is interesting some Terre Haute listeners are complaining but Terre Haute has another Christian AC WCRT 88.5 for them to listen to which simulcasts WBGL 91.7 Champaign/Urbana, IL.

How have you heard they are complaining? I hope they keep it Air1. I like Air1 much better than K-Love.

WQRA does cover a lot of rural areas not reached by 101.9 where listeners may be older and prefer the Christain AC of K-Love rather than the more upbeat Air1. But EMF targets Indianapolis with WZRA which should have more listeners than rural areas or Terre Haute.

I was listening to WQRA on Friday night driving down I-70 near Cloverdale.  Heard some other station underneath.

Is this common or was there skip this weekend?

For what its worth, I like Air-1 music better than K-Love.

After receiving that copy, I quit the VO industry.

Station is fairly directional with the bulk of the signal going toward (surprise, surprise) Indianapolis.

When I started in radio in 1967, most broadcast equipment used tube technology, all recorded music was played from records on a turntable by live DJ's, there was no satellite delivery...and radio was fun.
