I'm logged into the system. The page I was viewing identifies me by my username. But when I click 'News,' the new page identifies me as 'Guest.' And when I attempt to log in from that page (or any new window I open), I am asked not for my username, but my email address and password, which are rejected.

What is probably happening is that you're confusing the news and board sections.  If you try to log into the news section, it won't recognize your boards account because it is a separate entity.  Each section requires its own registration and separate account.

To access your board user account, please click on the link below:

If you're interested in receiving any of our newsletters, go ahead and register on the front page of the site.  Once registered, you'll also have access to our newletter archives.
