Does anyone know who designed the WFLZ logo? It's one of the best designs I've ever seen. Does this station give out bumper stickers and stuff?

Looks no different than the old "Alice 104.5" logo:

I don't remember an "Alice 104.5" in Tampa.

BEST DESIGNED LOGO?  Seems like you don't go out too much.  It's nice, but nothing outrageous.  We have all seen better.

It's a variation of the Channel 9 3 3 San Diego logo, first seen here: www.channel933.com .
Back in the Jacor days, FM 93.3 in San Diego first simulcasted WFLZ before spinning off. Channel 9 3 3 debuted the logo first, and then WFLZ adapted it.
That's how WFLZ ended up with it.
