He's been removed completely from the website.  I guess he's done.

Wow.  And I thought Magic 98.9 in Greenville had morning issues.

To be in a market its size, WKQC sure has had problems keeping a morning show.

It doesn't help matters much when WKQC has one of the worst Program Directors. Now that Robinson's no longer on WKQC, they've filled the morning show spot with some young kid with very little radio experience. Don't get me worng, he has a great voice, just not the voice for an AC station in a market this size. WKQC is in need for some air-talent. They had one guy on for a while before Jon Robinson...he wasn't bad at all. What ever happened to him? Why not bring him back?

I believe it was Derek James, who was being discussed (I believe he posted) in the other K104.7 thread.  They fired everybody except Holly Haze? last year then hired Jon a little later, IIRC.

No, it wasn't Derek; this guy came shortly after the staff was let go...maybe two or three months before Jon Robinson. They only have three quality air talents individuals available. Holly, their new girl Bialy and the weekend guy Wayne. From reading the various threads everyone seems to agree on one thing...A station of this size in a top 25 market share should have a quality morning show.
