Eric Braette is now working in Chicago with CBS 2. No wonder why he suddenly left Fox 6. I bet he is making double now.

The following correction was e-mailed to me:

"A poster on your forum suggests that Eric Braate (misspelled as Braette) is working in Chicago and left Milwaukee “suddenly.”

In the interest of accuracy, he’s been doing some free-lance holiday fill-in work at Chicago’s WBBM-TV, but hasn’t been hired by the station. And he didn’t leave suddenly. His departure was announced in September (with his contract up in October.)

He stuck with Channel 6 until they could find a replacement."
