It was only known because they did a rather large ad for the new "Eve"...but then in typical Northeast fashion....never ran another one.  They will change formats agains in 7-10 months.

I saw full page ads again this week.  Two weeks in a row...breaking out the bucks.

The only other station I know of with the women's talk lineup is right here where I am in Beverly, MA:
WNSH AM 1570. They also run conservative talkers Laura Ingraham, Jerry Doyle, and Michael Reagan

You can fine "Dead Air America" on XM Radio, then you can go anywhere and not worry about finding DDA on terrestrial radio.

Radio and Records says that Greenstone Media, which had trouble getting affiliates, may be shutting
its doors soon (perhaps by Aug 17). If so then expect WTWK to try another format (they have been
running "women's radio" as Eve 1070 with hosts from that syndicator)...oldies? sports? classic country?
whatever it is, I'd expect it to be "computer in a closet radio"...

If the rumor is correct and Aug 17 is the day, then it'll be 5 months from the very day of that post

Looks like "Eve" is gonna make like a tree, and leave. MediaWeek and Radio & Records confirm the network
will cease operation on Aug 17. We'll see what WTWK does.

"Dead Air America" seems to be on borrowed time as well. Northeast probably can make some money with the station as 'time brokered religious programming', then they don;t have to worry about the commercials as much.. Nothing to lose.
