Just wondering what the folks at WDFB here think about WRFL moving up to 8kw at 88.1. They already hurt WDFB here in Danville as it is. I never understood why these two stations were allowed the same frequency so close together. WDFB has plenty of signal but is drowned out by WRFL as I go toward Lexington. 140 watts vs. 8000 directional. Go figure.HUH

What about everybody at WAXG-FM, an AFR affiliate for Mount Sterling. I wonder what they think.

WFRL will be directional to protect the Mt. Sterling and Danville stations.  You can look at their application here and see it.  http://www.fccinfo.com/CMDProEngine.php?sCurrentService=FM&tabSearchType=Appl&sAppIDNumber=1042385

Most of the signal as you can see, will be going to the northeast.
