How did I miss this back in November... RIP to an influence to many who knew him not, but knew of him and listened to him.. He was an early favorite for me, as I worked my way into the ions of radio broadcasting...

Terri Hemmert has scheduled her tribute to Jim Stagg.  It'll be part of her annual "Rampant Beatlemania" marathon this Sunday, February 10, from 8am to 7pm on WXRT (93.1)  Stagg's family gave her access to Jim's archives, so airchecks, including his interviews with the Beatles, will be part of the festivities. Hearing those interviews was a major reason why Hemmert chose a career in radio.
