Has anyone bothered to quantify the number of people CC has fired in the last year and a half? We all keep reading that 6 people got the bullet here...and five more got the bulletthere...but has anyone decided to tally up the carnage nationwide?

It would be real interesting if someone from each market would post how many people they can clearly articulate have been fired in each market.

From there we could keep a running total.

My guess is that it would be embarassing to CC...but maybe their bean counters would be proud.

Thoughts?

"(Clear Channel  is )not in the business of providing news and information…
We’re simply in the business of selling our customers products.”   - Lowry Mays

PS:  They are using the money they save on programming people to hire more sales people.

Unfortunately I know you are right...but I think it would be fascinating to tally up the number.

I would give you the numbers from Louisville, but I can't count that high.
