I have heard that the best member of the old B-100 Rich Brothers morning show may be back on the air in San Diego. Yes the great Frank Anthony is supposed to be on the new Walrus 105.7! It is about damn time Frank is a great voice he is a great DJ and an good guy! He was on KCBQ, KFMB-FM, KFMB-AM, and of course the stadium announcer.

Don't forget Frank Anthony also hosted "Saturday Night Fever" on Star100.7!

Earlier on this board the names Gene Knight and Dean Goss along with Rich Bro came up. Will any of these talents be on The Walrus?

Or will it be True Oldies from Scott Shannon?

Gene will never leave KyXy, basically if you go and get a full time gig at KyXy you stay for life. The pay is great and there is very little influence from corporate, but it would be great to hear Greener on oldies, he was born to play that music! Gene is still one of the best Dj's San Diego has ever had. Plus Gene is a great person and has launched the careers of many radio people. I know I owe him a huge debt myself.

Rich Brother I think is having way too much fun doing his website www.richbroradio.com

We, as a group, never thought about who was best.   Frank was funny and the only one of us who could sing, Pat kept us legit, Scott added positive energy, and Bobby is still is one of the most talented leaders, programmers and personalities in the industry.

I know Frank is very talented and will always make you laugh.  I loved his "hitting his head in the door" bit everytime he walked in. Stop Franking the mike!  His Da-O- San Diego Song was brilliant.

Best wishes, always Frank

Well some of us like Frank anyway! He has always made me laugh, except when they teamed him up with Ted Leitner. Poor Frank having to deal with Ted. That would be like being married to Rosie O'Donnell. And having to have sex with her!
