Spoken like a man who hasn't a clue.
I absolutely don't, and never said I did. I brought up what Kidd said on the show for more discussion, never put it out there that Kidd was SLAYING the morning dragon and crushing competition.

He must be refering to the target men 18-24.
I believe he was, if he ever talks ratings he usually brings up the hard ratings and bashes the public stuff.

I'm sorry if you took that the wrong way. I was actually refering KC when I said he hasn't a clue. Usually when a host discusses ratings on the air, they are doing well. But the rest of the station, including weekends, has been outperforming the KC show for some time now.  And i am talking the hard numbers.   Of course, a morning show will sometimes be stroked by management with custom numbers to prop the egos of the show staff. Zap out a few zip codes, eliminate a not so favorable demographic....Maybe that's what he was cheering.

From some of the reports i've seen, the demo persons 18-34 has a -17% return in-tab. It's hard to fight the good fight when almost 20% of your target demo doesn't get properly measured.

The longer this thread goes on, the more I crack up at the title.

It says "Kidd Chris operative" like the guy was some high-paid, super-secret MI-6 agent and the Preston & Steve phone lines are some impenetrable Soviet spy ring.

The guy called into a rival radio show and was all "Kidd chriss kid chrissss kidddd chriiiiis" and that makes him an operative. LOL

Haha ARGG MY SHOW IS BETTER THAN YOUR SHOW. I just didn't want it to sound like  I was coming here to cheerlead the KC show, because well, thats dumb, and the whole thread will turn into a "Showname SUCKS" battle. Just adding to the commentary on something remotely interesting happening in Philly radio.
