If you have used the Password Reminder feature without success, please consider the following:
- Enter an email address instead of a user name.
- Do not click the "Ask me my question" checkbox.
- If you enter a user name, make sure you have access to that email account.
- Are you entering the correct email address for the account you are trying to access?
- Add the email address "contactus@in3media.com" to your email software spam filter to make sure the email we send is not flagged as spam.
