What will become of the "King" Chuck Oliver with the new lineup at 790? Is he gone?

Chuck is apparently going to host on weekends and contribute football segments to the other shows during the week...

I thought Tom Hughes was the "King"?

(see, EVERY post can tie in to GST one way or another!)

Sad cause he was one of the few bright spots at 790, seems they are going to ride the flavor of the month till its dead. Or should that be flava'?

Either way it sucks, Oliver had more talent in his pinky than most of the others.

With the Stews put into afternoon drive, I think we'll actually see a shift in a listenership over to Buck & Kincaid on 680 the Fan.  I think the advantage in the changes on the Zone will lean towards the Fan.  But we'll see.

Also, doesn't Chris Dimino sound a little odd flying solo for the Chris Dimino Show.  Who else would like him to team back up with Nick Cellini?

Be careful dont wanna say anything negative about the stews it will get locked!

Yeah it seems like the changes made at 790 are the worst that a person could make, I know that my drive time will be kept on 680 from now on.

I'm going to miss Oliver and Chernoff. They seemed to complement each other well and put together what I thought was quite an entertaining show.

We get your point you do not like the brothers Stew. Really enough with your one man crusade to expose them as no-talent hacks. Obviously people like them and they both have far more talent than Cotter ever did. The big mistake was they bringing on Chuck Smith. That forced them to make some of these other moves that don't make sense. Oliver and Chernoff had a good show and Smith is one confusing person on the radio. He likes to put words in other people's mouth and loves not to give an opinion.  Dimino solo sounds pretty awkward add hometeam to the show. Last week they sounded great.

Have fun listening to pompous kincaid and I rode Herschel back to fame belue

There you go again, with your undercover racism....."flava"?? Seriously, every post on here that you attack the Stews is dripping with some sort of insult that seems to say that because the Stews are black, they can't appeal to a crossover audience because of the way they present themselves: as young, urban, hip African-Americans who know Sports as well as other current relevant topics....and yes, every time you post something on here that I think is a racist comment, I will respond...and if you don't the Stews can do well being themselves, you better check the world around you: Will Smith, Chris Rock, Jay-Z, Usher....the list goes on and on...young, urban, hip African-Americans who crossed over, and yet, stayed true to themselves....and oh, yeah, multi-millionaires, too....Peace....

The Bopper can't help it...he just doesn't have the mental capacity for tolerance like normal people do.
