They are playing AC music.

Yes, Haystack Broadcasting bought this CP for $45,000. This was part of the re-alignment of the KMCQ allocation up in the Seattle area. I am shocked that somebody had the courage to put this thing on the air! Noticed that the station moved North a little and downgraded their signal from a class C to a C1.

I suspect there's a computer at the tower with VPN access.
