6.  Where's the name/prisoner number slate in the pic?

This got me curious, so I looked around.   The other police departments I could find with mugshots don't all have slates.  Seems not all departments use them.

I have had occasion to work with this arrogant clown in my line of work, to wit: film. That a radio jock (successful or otherwise) could be so egotistical so as to abscound with decorum on-set was what initially caught and grabbed my attention.  Had it been my production (it wasn't, I had other duties) RM would have been ousted immediately, like day old craft services.

As it is, I know not whether Russ is guilty or not of this felonious assault.  But having dabbled in law previously, I can attest to the fact of repercussions by government and police agencies were this to turn out to have been a tasteless, ill-conceived bit hell-bent on driving ratings in the wake of the P&K demise.

Therefore, I conclude that not only was there an assault as described, but that the beneficial timing of a weekend will work in his favor as his attorneys and "people" work to spin and otherwise "hush" the matter. My guess is that Gavin has been pow-wow-ing with corporate off and on all weekend, while holding his thumb on the pulse of the people.

According to my source, Russ will be on-air Monday. If nothing else, this should prove to be an interesting set of events. We'll certainly see.

If it isn't a bit, then he is going to end up being the victim in this and come out smelling like a rose.  That is the way it goes for Russ and all his cronies will worship him more.  I wish his empire would crumble, but sadly it is not going to.  CBS is not going to drop him, he is "#1 in every category...."

As an addendum to my OP, if one will pay heed to the mugshot, real or otherwise, you'll see that the booking number is not present as has been mentioned. I would point out (as did another) that some agencies do not use them in releases to the public (mail can be sent in via that number, and in the case of a celeb-da-jour, this could create havoc), but in addition, this number is typically placed below where the photo has been cut off.

For obvious reasons, I do hope RM is canned.  Additionally, it is my sincere hope that "Back in Black" (AC/DC tribute band here in Dallas) doesn't utilize him on their popular rendition of "It's A Long Way To the Top." That he believes himself to be elevated above us cretans is indicative of an ego run amok.

Aye, indeed me lad...or is it lass?  Stagehand?  Sorry to crack that peanut, Bubbba, but I have never had occasion to labor as one, not that it would be beneath me.  You see, unlike a lot of privileged folks, I worked my tail off to get where I am today.

Let me set the record straight.

I rarely post on this website.  And when I do, it's only under my own name.

Personally I enjoyed the RMS better with Dan.  Although, it must have galled Dan to no end that he couldn't keep a show on that station and P&K could.  Yikes.
