Obviously the Drew Carey Show, which used the Vogues "Five O Clock World" for the first couple of years. i forgot what they used after that.

I recall the first couple of seasons the theme being sung by Drew. It was "Moon Over Parma".
someone mentioned earlier...Presidents of the U.S.A's version of "Cleveland Rocks".
They went a little overboard with the Cleveland Pride thing. Every show he either had on  Indians, Browns or Cavs shirts-like Tim did with Michigan on ToolTime. At least Cosby & Ted Knight wore different towns every show.
