If I was the FCC? I wouldn't revoke the license.. I think WCTA's owner was probably the only employee.

We haven't heard back from his family yet, I'm going to try and call them again this week

Sorry.  I didn't mean to ask "what would you do if you were the FCC" I meant to ask "what would you do if you were interested in buying the station"?

Maybe continue the news/talk programming WCTA had on it.. not sure.. would listren when I got to the market and see what everyone else is doing.

I wouldn't mind settling down in a small town like Alamo.  They might have something there.

I think it would be hard for this station to be sold at this point. I know of one person who has openly stated he would object to it due to no STA filing. It's been off the air for 3 years.
