Since they have traded away one of the FM's in the cluster to CC, is there a possibility of a complete sell out happening soon?

Bonneville is king when it comes to AC programming, and Mix would be a solid roomate when it comes to strong cross programming.  Plus throw in the new found WJZ combo and take the AM to simulcast WTOP you have a cluster to reckon with in Baltimore!

What do you think CC will do with WQSR? I think it is highly likely they will flip formats, especially considering they don't own any JACK stations. I will take a wild guess and predict they will flip it to a rhythmic leaning CHR. There is room for another young format in Baltimore.

Why is WCHH doing so poorly? The crazy thing is CCs Alt in DC WWDC beats WCHH in Baltimore! Maybe they will do better with PPM.

I thought the same thing and Baltimore lacks any competition to R1.  So it could be anything, but QSR bills more than CHH, so it could get interesting!

Clear Channel isn't likely to pay for Jack.  However, they may keep it if it does well enough and if CBS has already paid for it.  Keep in mind that it's possible it will still keep variety hits and just change names.  Clear Channel has a few variety/adult hits stations.

I think that as far as CC doing CHR depends on how Mix 106.5 will continue to evolve.
I also think that in this economy CC will likely feel it best to start out by simply simulcasting Hot 99.5 Washington, if it does in fact go the CHR route.
