This is a long shot.. but if anyone knows anyone who needs a cheap PD/ON AIR GUY.. with sales skills hit me back.
I was in Denver working for Jones Radio Networks.. who got bought by Triton Radio.. who let over 25 people go in one day. I was working on three country formats for JONES on 200 + Stations around the coast (mostly all small market). Some actually overlapping!
I am looking for a small market in Florida that might need my help.
I am not worried about the money.. just want to earn enough to have a big night out on the town at AppleBee's once a month!
I Have been in radio since age 14.. and have also taught Broadcasting Classes for Ohio Center and CSB School.
I am currently a DJ on a cruise line.. so if it takes me a few days to get back to you.. let me know. I will be happy to send you my stuff.. either MP3.. or snail mail. I am not afraid to get my hands dirty.. I am just a guy who loves radio and the connection with the audience.. I have experience in HOT AC, CHR, Country, Oldies
I know the economy is bad.. so I am not expecting a miracle but i am willing to sell also.
