After being in and a part of this industry for over 30 years I've obviously seen huge changes.  This thread isn't one of them.  Almost everytime, those "indispensible" employees who leave - aren't.  Quite frankly it turns out to be the complete opposite more often than not.  Bud Sawyer didn't kill WPOR.  Mark Persky wasn't the end of WBLM.  And if you have ever been in management, you quickly learn that all sales people "quit" about three to six months before they actually give notice.  This isn't even a fender bender.
Yeah this is the normal GSM, Sales people departure.  Nothing more.  Nassau will be fine.  That couldn't be farther from the truth.  Watching and listening from a distance over the years with this group, this is a disaster.  Will Nassau survive?  Yes.  Records will still spin and sales will still be made.  If what you say is true about sales people actually leaving 3-6 months before they do, then most of them are out the door!  They all HATE working there.  THAT might be their biggest problem!  A total culture change needs to happen there and it needs to start with top managment.  Sorry Mr. Fulmer.
As for Mr. Detone, it says something when you leave and the people who work for you FOLLOW you.
Word of other departures are confirmed but only one.  The other gave notice but was either forced to stay because of a non-compete or they made them a counter offer.

My information is that the other one is being held to a non-compete.  IMO it's stupid to enforce those, why would you want someone who'd really prefer to be somewhere else?

I never even signed mine and they never bugged me about it, I think they didn't even check the paperwok.

They are in MA, but still legal (I believe) in NH.

They're illegal (at least for airstaff) in Maine.

Non-competes are Legal in NH although it's a "Right to work" State.  I don't think they have a lot of success when challenged.  However, you have to be willing to work outside the non-compete area, sit out altogether or get another job outside of your chosen profession while you fight it.  Most people are brow-beaten into submission after they give notice.  It's the path of least resistance most times.  Question is, how successful will an employee be after being forced to work for a company they don't want to work for and being refused an opportunity to grow in their career... Let them go for cying out loud!

Yup, that I believe is another Doctors Office. The place was called Big Cheese. Very nice staff who got to know your name (especially the regulars) food was so-so.
