while I was going on vacation down to the Alabama Gulf Coast (Orange Beach) back in June, we stopped at a gas station in Robertsdale, and there standing behind a minivan was a little old man that looked EXACTLY like the guy from the commercial, glasses and all, I just had to laugh expecting him to burst out into dance at any moment.

Now comes the spot for the Kia Amante automobile--delivered by a pitch man doing his bit in the style of a motivational speaker.  Wholly nauseating and easily enough to motivate me NOT to buy anything Kia produces.>

In the Seattle area there's these ads for Group Health which I put on the mute button a lot.  

One spot had a guy going around his fellow office workers' cubicles bare chested with his shirt hanging around his back trying to show them something that might be growing on his back and asking them if it serious.

Another had a guy swimming in a public pool only to get a cell phone call saying that he has a skin condition, prompting everyone to get out of the pool.
