We have a thread about this already.  But I do agree.  Todd Wright was my favorite show.  I do like JT The Brick and Sedano but they cant match him.

With all the talk on the Demise of FOX

Look at ESPN. They could probably bring back the Sports Babe and still do okay with all the affiliates they have, but they seem to have taken a turn for the worse.

For instance, Tony Kornheiser. Okay, the guy played to the Volvo Crowd and I'm not saying that Colin Cowherd is bad, but there was more distinction to Kornheiser's show.

Todd Wright was an entertaining listen. It seems like the programming of both FOX and ESPN have taken a turn for the worse lately.

I was doing some googline and ran across this, and I believe it is from the Minniapolis Star Tribune:

"• Todd Wright, whose contract to host ESPN Radio's overnight show wasn't renewed recently, subbed for Dan Cole on KFAN on Monday and Tuesday. Wright, who did the shows from Florida, where he lives, is the second recognizable name the station has used this month as a fill-in announcer. Scott Ferrell subbed for Hartman for two days."

I used to listen to ESPN for 6 hours every workday about a year or so ago. Once Kornheiser left and Dibble's contract was not renewed, I left myself. Cowherd I don't find interesting and Patrick beats topics to death better than anyone in radio. It's a real shame to see what has happened to ESPN Radio.
Luckily, Kornheiser's local show streams on the internet and Charley Steiner has a great afternoon show on XM.
