Start at the Media Bureau main page (http://www.fcc.gov/mb/).

In the "MB Shortcuts" pull down menu, select "FM Query" then click on "Start Shortcut".

In "Search on Any Fields" select "ME - Maine" under "State", select "Construction Permits" under "Record Types", and "93.7 MHz -- 229" under both entries for "Search for FM Stations in a Frequency Range".

Press "Submit Data".

Find the entry on the returned list and click on it.  (In this case, it happens to be the first entry.)  Obviously, this CP is still active; if you click on "Application Details" you will get a new window with more information (in this case, the CP was issued 07/17/2002, and expires three years later, on 07/17/2005 (next month).

You're welcome!
