This week I had some time to edit and upload some new smooth jazz airchecks. All of these .mp3's were encoded at 192/44.1.
Here is a recording of KKSF's "Sunday Morning" program, which was recorded on 20 September 1992. You'll have to thank my girlfriend Elizabeth for this aircheck--she grew up in the Bay Area and two of her friends were regular listeners to the station. They made the recording and gave it to her. The station played slow tempo R&B, and added jazz to the mix in a way that sounded great. Here are two hours of KBLX, from 28 and 30 July 1983:

KSWV (102.9 MHz), adopted the format as an affiliate of Satellite Music Network's version of "The Wave." This recording was on a cassette that was part of a promotional packet that SMN sent me in 1988. While I cannot pinpoint the date, I suspect that it was just after Thanksgiving and before December. That's based on a holiday spot for Alka Seltzer and a promotion for an event that took place in early December. Here is its folder link:

As a result I am re-uploading those files. One of the files lost was from The Breeze network. Most of these files were from the program "The Breeze Special" which was a three hour show sent to affiliates and non affiliates as a weekly show that didn't have a NAC format. The files that had the program are BZ-1, BZ-3, and BZ-5. The others were airchecks from the network. The folder for these files can be found here:
