www.rhc.cu I couldn't get on their site this afternoon but if you can perhaps there may be a more up-to-date "DXers Unlimited" section there. I know that I have recently seen information from Arnie Coro on Glenn Hauser's
www.worldofradio.com site, or you can go directly to:
www.w4uvh.net/dxlatest.txt, so that means that Arnie Coro is still active. You may be able to get Arnie Coro's email address from the Radio Havana Cuba website or perhaps it's on the World of Radio website under the DX Listening Digest. Every now and then there are DX reports of FM stations from Cuba on DXLD, and you may also want to try:

The reality of FM Radio in Cuba is that there is no official information from the government of Cuba, and it's understood that FM stations are relatively low-powered - not more than about 10kW ERP and, with the exception of Havana and mountainous areas of Cuba, antenna height is relatively low - compared to US, Canadian or Mexican FM stations. ...for E-skip or Tropo you won't need a lot of power on their end to hear them if the conditions are right!
