Any Cincinnati stations on IBOC?
« on: October 06, 2005, 11:30:50 AM »

The only reason I ask is because I thought I heard digital hash on 690 and 710 yesterday afternoon from WLW. Maybe there was simply other interference at my location (I'm on the east side of Columbus). But while we're on the subject, are any of the CC AMs down there on IBOC?

1530 at least was, last time I tuned past in the daytime I didn't hear the hash. Not sure if reduced power due to the fire is the reason for that.

Actually 1530 dropped IBOC soon after the switch to AA. 1360 was listed on the HDRadio web site as broadcasting in IBOC but I can't tell if the are or not as their signal is not the best where I'm located.  http://www.ibiquity.com/cgi-bin/liststations?state=OH

Correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't 96.5 the first FM to go digital in the country?
