Seems they've been Spanish/tropical since 2pm, maybe earlier (noon?)

Nevermind, back to hooks again as of 2:30, guess I haven't been listening long enough to everything they are doing.

I actually got out my HD radio and hooked it up and am now listening to the HD-2 from 104.1.

In my office here in downtown hartford on the 29th floor of the goodwin building I am not picking up 97.5 and was also having a hard time picking it up in Newington.  Just listening to the "count up" to 300 then we hear the call letters and a few ads and it starts again.

This station would actually be kind of cool if they played all these songs as its like a best of everything format... they just need to play the congs all the way through instead of the 5 second snipplets we have now. Smiley

The only HD-2 I miss is WWYZ's classic country format. That's been down for nearly three months. Anyone here know if Clear Channel plans to bring it back up, or is this yet another cost-cutting measure?

I actually like the Forgotten Favorites service they have on WHCN-FM HD2. Good variety!

Absolutely!  That would make the "mix" and "best variety" and "we play what we want" stations look pretty lame, since none of them play anything more than a narrow mix of commercial pop.  I would love to hear a station that played the full versions of what 97.5 has been playing the last few days!
