KOKC

1520 KOKC is the worst station of all.  Why don't they have live local show durning the weekday?  They won't pay them the money that the weekend guys make.  Nobody will not listen to Bill O'Reilly durning the day, they will listen to Neal Boortz.  Besides WKY has one hell of local talk shows, which are damn good.  They should put the David Bennet show on KOKC, LOL!

Perhaps it's just me, but it appears as if A LOT of people listen to Boortz compared with the other shows on K-OKC, yet they only carry 2 of the 3 hours of Boortz and don’t even bother to mention him in ads in the Oklahoman (they mention Ingram, O’Reilly & Savage) while his book was #1 on the NY Times Bestseller List.

If Renda can let go of a market manager in Tulsa who was doing a decent job, they can hopefully get around to firing an incompetent PD (Garth).

That idiot?  He couldn't aim a dish if his life depended on it.  In fact, it would be as aimless as his programming is.

1520: A 50,000 watt waste of electricity.

No ... and I don't think I want to :-).

Just thought of someone -- remember Larry "Neal" Boyington on KOMA and on KLEC, the oldies station his dad owned in the early '70s?

I worked middays there, I mean KLEC.  I could tell you stories ... but I won't.

Well, unless you want me to :-)
