KOCD on 100.9 in OKC?

Ron Black has it on his blog today that Larry Stein will be back on the air soon on KOCD, at 103.7, and on 100.9 in OKC.  This was the first I had heard of KOCD broadcasting on 100.9, and I can't find any trace of it on the FCC site.  Ron Black says that Stein will start his show on March 1. 

Does this mean that KOCD will be getting a translator on air soon in OKC?  This would be fantastic, as KOCD is one of my favorite stations.  I can hardly get it in at my NW OKC home due to KVSP bleeding over on most of my radios.
