Collage-I'll be loving you-Another big CHR hit from 1995
This is a really great list,,, all but only just a few of these should be in regular rotation on Rhythmic AC,, I also remember Understand this groove,, Im not sure if our Dance station at the time WMGI MIX FM Terre Haute played this in regular rotation, but all the sound factory songs had basically the same sound and music background, so I think people get these 3 songs mixed up,, but anyway, im gonna quote your list and tell you what I would and would not play, or may play maybe once a week, or on over nights..
Power 92 in Phoenix was actually playing this in 1993 (and, somewhere, I have a tape to prove it!) I think I remember hearing it on Open House Party in 1994. But interestingly, because (I think) the song was not played in NYC when it was new, it became a huge hit on KTU when they began playing it upon their return to the dial in February 1996.
Here are some songs that probably shouldn't be played more than once or twice a month (for the most part), but collectively, they would have that "oh wow" factor that might keep existing listeners tuned in, prevent burnout, attract new listeners.
(Some of these songs may have been bigger hits regionally than nationally, and sorry if any of these were already mentioned)
Ace of Base - All That She Wants
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SjJwqDa1QVI (absolutely,, It was a big hit here and im sure the money demo knows it.
Ace of Base - Beautiful Life (Definately, i think this was there biggest hit..(DONT TURN AROUND would be another good one.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pyly3JtXoy4Amber - Sexual (depending on the market,, if it had a local CHR or Rhythmic that played it at the time, then yes, Absolutely, at least after 6 PM) I dont think stations take into consideration if the stations of the past that may have made these smaller hits big hits in their market,, this goes with a few songs on your list)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W9ebS85KfywAmber - This is Your Night (OH Absolutely,, this is a no brainer)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mRsP2crVonAATC - Around the World (depending on market once again,,, was it a CHR and or Rhythmic hit locally) For here in Central Indiana, the answer is yes.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cOtEQXaM1_kCulture Beat - Mr. Vain (No Brainer.. It was huge nationally,, even the conservative Adult Friendly stations played a version with the Rap Edited out)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cvgUdrzGNysDarude - Sandstorm (Great Record,, maybe for late nights and weekends,, but it wasnt a national CHR Hit, so maybe just a spike record for late nights and weekends,,, again, depending on the market...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PSYxT9GM0fQDebelah Morgan - Dance With Me (great R&B Rhtyhmic Record,, but not huge nationally,,, I doubt many older listeners would remember this one,,, but a great record non the less.
