Pamal needs (with the FCC's permission) to shut down FM 104.9 altogether. It's worthless!

I agree, The FCC's should have never allowed 104.9 (the former WSRD) (WIZR'S sister station)  To move out of Johnstown. 
That's a bunch of BS!
